The Future

It's been very quiet around here the last few weeks. I'm just not able to find the time for updates right now. The quest to graduate has taken top priority until December.

I'm hopeful that I'll have more time to devote to the site when I finish my degree. I have some big plans in store for Oval Operations, and I hope to build on what I was able to do during the 2007 season.

I've been kicking around the idea of using some new software to make the site a little more polished in appearance and easier to read and navigate. I'd also like to expand into some new mediums if possible. Basically I want to do whatever I can do to provide more entertaining coverage of what is going on in my race world.

I'm really looking forward to 2008 and the start of another great year of racing. The Chili Bowl will kick things off, and I'd like to travel to a few new races throughout the winter months as well.

I hope that you'll hang in there with me, and keep checking for updates. I promise, I'll try my best to make it worth the wait.
