Ya gotta hand it to these guys, they're committed to running a silver crown dirt championship car with that old school look. I found these on the Indiana Open Wheel Message Board.




No side panels and a grill. Note the Speedway Motors decal just below the cockpit in the first picture (see, it pays to hand out thousands of those things every season).

I've always felt that sprint cars and silver crowns could still have their grills, but seems that function has taken precedence over fashion.

Credit these guys for daring to be different, and with no arm guards, perhaps even a little screwball. I wonder if they've considered putting Kevin Olson in their car?
